Shipping policy
DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES
Our online store currently serves only the three Baltic countries automatically. However, if you are located elsewhere within the European Union and would like to purchase from our carefully selected range of Portuguese canned seafood, we can process your order manually. Here’s how it works:

Email us with the following details (to: info@sardinele.lt ):
- A list and quantity of each product you’d like to purchase
- Your shipping and billing addresses
- Your contact details
- We’ll create a manual order, including shipping costs (typically it is ±10 Eur) and send it to you for the review and confirmation.
- Make payment directly from the order email using a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- Once payment is confirmed, we’ll prepare and ship your order using DPD parcel delivery services.
DELIVERY IN BALTICS
For deliveries in the Baltic countries, we work with our trusted partner DPD.
Delivery in LITHUANIA
To a DPD parcel locker:
- Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery cost: €1.50
- Free delivery on orders over €30.00
By DPD courier to a selected address:
- Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery cost: €4.50
- Free delivery on orders over €50.00
Note: We do not offer courier delivery to the Curonian Spit. As an alternative, we recommend selecting delivery to the Nida parcel locker located at Taikos g. 4A, 93121, Nida. The delivery cost to the Nida parcel locker is the same as to any other DPD parcel locker.
Delivery in LATVIA
To a DPD parcel locker:
- Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery cost: €2.99
- Free delivery on orders over €50.00
By DPD courier to a selected address:
- Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery cost: €6.50
Delivery in ESTONIA
To a DPD Parcel Locker:
- Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery cost: €3.99
- Free delivery on orders over €50.00
By DPD Courier to a Selected Address:
- Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery cost: €7.50
You can collect your awaited parcel from a DPD parcel locker within the time specified in the delivery notification sent by the courier company.
To collect your package, select "Pick up a package" on the parcel locker screen and enter the PIN code provided in the notification.
