Returning Items with DPD Parcel Lockers
Items can be easily returned using DPD parcel locker services. For this purpose, each buyer will receive a return PIN code via email from the delivery company along with the delivery notification.
To return an item, simply follow these steps:
- Enter the return PIN code at the DPD parcel locker.
- The locker will print out a sticky return label.
- Attach the label to the box containing the item to be returned.
- Scan the barcode on the label using the locker’s scanner.
- Place the package in the locker compartment that opens and close the door.
Your return package will find its way back to us on its own 😊
Please Note: If you are returning an item that is in good condition, it must be undamaged, with its original appearance (labels intact and unbroken, protective films not removed, etc.), functional, and unused. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with the same components as received. When returning items in good condition, the cost of the return service is €2.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
It's that simple! However, we recommend contacting SARDINELE before initiating a return to discuss the reason. We might be able to offer an alternative solution to the situation.
If the item is incomplete, damaged, untidy, or not properly packaged, SARDINELE reserves the right to refuse the return and not refund the payment for the item and shipping costs.
