Section VI. Client Rights Regarding SARDINELE's Processing of Their Personal Data

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and any data provided, as well as for any actions (data transmission, orders, etc.) performed on the SARDINELE Website using the Client's login details. The Client must not disclose their password to third parties. If a third party uses the SARDINELE Website services by logging in with the Client's login details, SARDINELE will consider that the Client has logged in. If the Client loses their login details, they must immediately inform SARDINELE by email and change their password without delay.
